Scandinavian confectionaries (part 1)

Eating a variety of Scandinavian delicacies is a good consolation from winter depression!

Today I suggest you to scrunch with Danish cookies with a cup of tea or coffee.

Kelsen Group is one of the main suppliers of this cookies to Russia (see http://www.kelsenbisca.ru/ - representative office in Russia and CIS).

In 2000, there was an association of two leading Danish manufacturers of biscuits - companies Kelsen and Bisca. By the way, the story of Kelsen began already in 1890 with a small bakery. Over time it turned into Danish Biscuit Company. Bisca is more younger company (factory Oxford Biscuits, subsequently Bisca, was founded in 1922).

Kelsen Group company has a very honorable status of officially chosen supplier of the Danish Royal Court.

You can see (above and below) the photos of cookies’ box from another Danish cookies
supplier - Jacobsens of Denmark, which was founded in 1962 and its products are also encouraged Russian buyers (http://www.jacobsens-bakery.dk/).

Please note that the box design is made in retro style - New Year's Eve in a happy Soviet family of 50-ies of the last century
