Let’s make Swedish lingonberry jam!

Nobody exactly knows what kind of jam (in unlimited quantities) ate our beloved fairy tale Karlsson. He called jam not only as his fuel. However, I think that lingonberry jam would be an excellent variant for him.

Let's try to cook lingonberry jam on prescription from Margareta Karlsten (it was posted on the website http://www.swedishfreak.com/).

We’ll need:
  • 1 dl of water
  • 1 kg of cranberries
  • 500 grams of sugar

First, cook cranberries in water within 10 minutes. Then remove it from the heat, add the sugar and stir. Then remove the foam from the jam and pour the remaining mixture into
banks. Once the jam has cooled, place the banks in the fridge.
