My trip to FinSweNor (part 10)

The SJ train took us further and further into the depths of the Kingdom of Sweden. And we continued our “through-the-window” watching for Swedes daily life and enjoying the views of Swedish towns and nature.

This advanced and respectable gentleman was traveling with us in a half-empty train car. One could say with certainty that he leads an exceptionally healthy lifestyle and gets a good pension. By the way, the average life expectancy of the Swedish population is about 80 years. High-quality medical care + the unpopularity of smoking + love of active recreation and sport are the main reasons for this miracle. Yes, and the environment there is very good. And also the Swedes don't like all the different frills. In short, c'est la vie.

Let’s turn to our trip. We passed a few stations of small towns: Kumla, Laxå, Töreboda, Falköping. And now it was the time of our first train transfer – Herrljunga Station (5-7 minutes for the transition on the platform and boarding the other train). We used the underground lift and ended up on the right platform. The required train was served by a very helpful and friendly conductor, who promised to warn us about stop in advance (because we had to get out and make one more train transfer).

So, we were waiting for our next stop and glancing out the train window at the peaceful countryside.
